Where do I find the Sedans and Limousines at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR)?

You can find us at the arrivals level of both the domestic and international terminal buildings. As soon as you exit the terminal, we are based curbside.

Will there be a wait for curbside service at YVR?

At YVR, we offer a curbside walk out service that is based on a first come – first served basis.

During peak hours (weekends) and peak seasons (holidays), there may be a wait and a vehicle may not be available immediately.

Are there cars curbside at the airport 24 hours?

Yes, Aerocar Services operates at YVR 24 hours a day.

Can I make a reservation for curbside service at YVR?

There is no reservation required for walk out curbside service as we always have vehicles available to service the airport. If you would like to guarantee a certain type of vehicle other than a sedan (eg: SUV, limousine) we recommend making a reservation for that vehicle or a Meet and Greet service.

Can I have a chauffeur waiting inside the terminal?

Yes, this is called a Meet and Greet Service. When the flight arrives, a chauffeur will personally meet you within the terminal building holding a customized sign and escort you to your reserved vehicle.

For large groups, a Brand Ambassador / Greeter can be booked in advance to handle your groups transportation requirements.

Do you offer service only at YVR?

Aerocar Service offers flat transfer rates to and from ANY destination in the Lower Mainland, as well as hourly rates. We specialize in reliable door to door ground transportation to all major and private Vancouver Lower Mainland Airports, Train Stations and Ferry Terminals.

Can I make a reservation from the cruise ship terminal?

Once you disembark the cruise ship terminal, please use the courtesy phone located just outside the main exit doors to call the Port Authority and advise them you have a reservation with Aerocar Service. They will ask for your name, the number of passengers and the ship that you disembarked from.

You must use the courtesy phone, as this is Cruise Ship Terminal policy for releasing vehicles from the holding area to the passenger level.

Can I make a reservation from the ferry terminal?

Advance reservations are recommended for both the Tsawwaseen Ferry terminal and the Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal.

Can I make a reservation from the train station?

Advance reservations are recommended for all Train Stations in the Lower Mainland.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

For curb side walkout service at YVR there is no reservation required.

For pickup at any other location, due to the fact that we have a large fleet, we can usually accommodate bookings up to the last minute. To guarantee availability, it is recommended that you make your reservation in advance.

For weddings and graduations, we recommend that you make your reservation at least 2 months in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pre pay in advance, pay the driver directly or obtain a corporate account for monthly invoicing. We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card, Interac, Corporate Account, Online or through our Mobile App.

For pre-payments, an authorization form will be faxed or emailed. Simply fill out this form with your credit card information, copies (front and back) of credit card and drivers license, your signature and send it back to us. Once details are verified, a confirmation will be sent via email.

Are gratuities required?

Providing a gratuity to the chauffeur is completely at your discretion. Most customers offer a gratuity in the range of 10% to 20%.

Are there drinks or glasses provided in the limousine?

By law, alcohol is not permitted in for hire vehicles; however, ice and glasses are available upon request for all charters or hourly reservations.
